1. Digital Goods Policy
AstroVeda sells digital goods — birth chart reports, compatibility analyses, and subscription access. Because these are delivered digitally and involve computational resources, our refund policy distinguishes between requests made before and after generation.
2. Before Generation — Full Refund
If you request a refund before your report has entered the generation queue, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a pre-generation refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order reference.
3. After Delivery — Case-by-Case
Once a report has been delivered to your dashboard, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider a refund if:
- The report contains a significant calculation error due to a system fault on our side.
- The report was not delivered within the stated SLA window (Express: 6 hours; Standard: 3 days).
- There was a duplicate charge for the same order.
We will not issue refunds on the basis of disagreement with astrological interpretations, as interpretations follow classical Parashara methodology and are disclosed as computer-assisted analysis for entertainment and self-reflection.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After billing begins, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
