1. What data we store
When you use GrahaLab, we store the following personal data linked to your account:
- Account information: your email address and, if you signed up with a password, a hashed password.
- Birth details and charts: the name, date, time, and place of birth you enter when creating a chart, along with the computed chart data.
- Saved reports: any astrological reports generated and saved to your account.
2. How to delete your data
You can remove your data in two ways:
Self-service account deletion
Sign in to GrahaLab and go to your Account settings. Use the "Delete my account" option. This permanently and immediately removes your account, all birth details, all charts, and all saved reports from our systems.
Deletion by request
If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by email. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation to your address.
- Email: Send a message to privacy@grahalab.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Subject line: Use the subject "Data deletion request".
- What to include: Your account email address and, optionally, any additional information to help us identify your account.
3. Facebook and Google sign-in users
If you signed in with Facebook or Google, removing GrahaLab from your connected apps in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Google Account → Third-party apps) will revoke future login access. However, it does not delete the data already stored on our servers. To erase that data, use one of the deletion methods described above.
4. Data we may retain
After deletion, we may retain minimal records — such as transaction receipts and billing information — for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. This data is not used for any other purpose and is securely deleted once the legal retention period expires.
